Automatic Welding from Loading to Unloading

The machine integrates ultrasonic welding with automatic product handling for continuous production.

Process:

Conveyor Feeding → Automatic Pick & Place → Servo XY Positioning → Ultrasonic Welding → 

Automatic Unloading

Products enter the machine through the conveyor, are automatically picked and positioned for welding, 

and are transferred to the unloading position after the welding cycle is completed.

The system can operate as a standalone automatic welding cell or be integrated with the customer's 

existing production line.

  High-power ultrasonic welding configuration for applications requiring higher welding energy.

  The welding horn and fixture are customized according to the actual plastic part, material and weld joint.

• Servo-Driven XY Positioning

  The XY motion system combines:

• Servo Motor + Ball Screw + Linear Guide

  for controlled and repeatable product transfer and positioning.

• Automatic Conveyor & Pick-and-Place

  The system can automatically transfer, pick, position, weld and unload products, reducing repeated

  manual handling.

• PLC + HMI Control

  PLC and HMI provide centralized machine control, parameter setting, manual/automatic operation,

  alarm display and production monitoring.

• Enclosed Machine Structure

  The enclosed structure helps isolate the working area and reduce ultrasonic welding noise during

  automatic production.

  Because the conveyor requires product infeed and outfeed openings, the enclosure is not completely sealed.
