A customer required a fully automated assembly solution for O-rings and plastic filter components. 

The production process needed to ensure consistent assembly quality, eliminate missing components, 

and automatically separate defective products before packaging.

To meet these requirements, TIMEAST developed a fully automatic assembly and inspection system 

integrating feeding, assembly, vision verification, and OK/NG sorting into a single production line.

The machine operates continuously without manual intervention during normal production, significantly

improving productivity and product consistency.

rotary indexing assembly, vision inspection, and automatic sorting.

O-rings and plastic filter components are automatically supplied through independent vibratory bowl feeders.

Linear feeding tracks transfer parts to designated pick-up positions, ensuring stable and continuous production.

A 8-stations rotary indexing table transports components through each assembly stage.

Automatic pick-and-place mechanisms accurately load components onto fixtures.
